Stops playing after a while on Tab 2 10.1

Stops playing after a while on Tab 2 10.1

Spotify stops playing or crashes after a while on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 when I leave a playlist running for some time. Sometimes it happens after 1-2 songs and other times it takes a while. I assume it must be the ads, because I have the free version and there were a lot of problems with ads in the past - which as of now are luckily fixed in the Desktop version.

 

I had a similiar problem in the past and I was told to enable crossfading, which fixed the problem back then, but now that doesn't help.

 

Hope this will be looked into, since getting up every time to restart Spotify is rather a chore.

Same problem, mostly overnight if it plays for 12 hours or more it just goes silent. I need to restart the app to regain music playing
