Subscribe to premium student, didnt recieve and i am still being charged

Hello, I subscribed to the premium student account for premium spotify and Hulu. 

 

However, after I filled out  all of my credited card info. I filled out my student information and a message appeared saying my student account was already in use.

So I was charged for premium (twice) and still havent received service.

 

I signed in and out of my account and made sure I dont have 2 accounts

The payments on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon. In the meantime, we'd recommend waiting for the confirmation email to get the student discount.
