Switching to Samsung S4 - does this change my account?

Hi guys, 

I currently have an account on spotify (spotify unlimited) and am very happy with the music on it.  However, i am changing phones to a Samsung S4 where i get premium spotify in the deal so have taken this offer.  In order to accept it with vodafone i have canceled my current account which will delete in May but I would like my new premium account to have all the same playlists and music.  Do my accounts simply switch over by themselves?  Or am i at risk of losing everything from my first account?

You can move your playlists over pretty easily once you have your new account up and running. Make the playlists on your old account public and follow the old account. You can then copy the old playlists to your new account.
