Sync MyMusic(Desktop) with MyCollection(Android)

it seems that my music on my desktop is not syncing with my android app. in the app it is completly empty although "my music" on desktop is full with albums and titles.

if i click on the + now it shows it in the app but i don't want to reclick my whole collection of 2000 songs.

any help pls?

Hello and welcome to the community 🙂

well have you tryed to relogg you or just a clean reinstallation of your android app? sometimes as simple things like that can help. And by the way are we talking about local files such as an mp3 or are we talking about playlists? 😄

i am talking about the option to "+" the songs or albums you like. so they appear in the "your music" section in the desktop app.

i am now trying to reinstal the android app. relogging didn't help :(.

edit:

the playlists sync just fine! it's only the "+" option that doesn't work for me.
