Syncing local files to Android from a different computer

I had a PC running on Windows 7, and with it I was able to sync songs from my computer to my Android phone. However, that computer stopped working, and now that I'm on a different computer, the songs won't sync to the phone; they don't even have the little gray "download" symbol in the bottom left of them, they just show up grayed out in the playlist on my phone. This is really annoying as I have to put those local files in the music library on my phone and I'd like to have all of my music in the same place. I assume this is caused by the fact that I'm on a different computer, but I figure there must be a way to sync from a different PC. Anyone have any idea what the solution here might be?
