Tenho cartão VISA (pré-pago) com saldo que vocês não aceitam. Desisto?

Este mês está a acontecer o mesmo do mês passado. Vocês não estão a aceitar o meu pagamento com cartão VISA (que está ativo e com saldo). Agradeço que verifiquem o que se passa junto dos vossos informáticos e/ou sistema bancário. A app é demasiado fechada para resolução de problemas e há páginas em (mau) português e em sueco!!! Gosto do Spotify mas se o problema se mantiver mudarei para o YouTube. Sorry.

The prepaid VISA gift cards are not accepted as a payment method, if that's what you want to use. With such a card you can buy a Spotify gift card from a store and activate the Spotify gift card as a workaround.

If you have a regular VISA card and are facing payment issues, it'd be best to check this page for further advice on using a different payment method after trying the former one in an incognito window, a different device and a different internet connection.
