This should now be fixed, so it'd be great if you can double-check on your end and let us know. If you're still experiencing this, make sure that you're running the latest Spotify version as @OscarDC suggested already.

This is quite strange. Is only that category affected? Is it only on Android? In any case, consider performing a clean reinstall to clear any damaged data that may be causing this. It's known to resolve a multitude of issues so hopefully this obscure one will be fixed that way too.

Thank you for your reply. I performed a clean reinstall as instructed in the link, but I still have the issue. The issue only occurs in this specific category, and I am able to reproduce it on Chrome on my Windows desktop. In the browser, it looks like the request loads for a while and then times out waiting for a reply from the server, though no errors are seen using the Network tab of Chrome DevTools.
