Recently I have had an issue with my music stopping for no reason. I will start playing a song and after a couple of minutes it will stop. The app doesn't close, the music just stops so I have to press play again. This happens every few minutes.
Have you installed a third party power saving/memory cleaning app? Is spotify excluded from androi's app power monitor?
I have not installed anything new.
And the answer to the second question is?
How can I check that?
What device and android version?
Samsung 8+ Android Version 7.0
Device Maintenance>Battery>Unmonitored apps (at the bottom of screen).
If spotify isn't listed in the unmonitored apps, add it.
OK, I added it. I will see what happens.
OK, I tried that and it did not correct the issue. It is still happening.
