The song doesn't end and returns to the middle without playing audio

When I listen to a song and it ends, it returns to the middle of the song and plays without audio and no longer skips to the next song until I press the next button on the player.

Would you mind trying a clean reinstall with your device to delete any traces of your current Spotify setup and then be able to install the app from scratch to solve any temporary issues? If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind sharing a screen video of the issue and letting us know the following?

• Device(s) and the related operating system's version
• Spotify version

It'll help us looking into it greater detail so we can get back to you with what we should do next.
