My Question or Issue

When I open spotify the home screen is blank. I've tired uninstalling and reinstalling, logging out and back in, clearing data, and nothing worked. It was working fine earlier but then this happened. I also use spotify on my computer so that might link to this problem.

Hey @Brandon48 

Can you check your storage and make sure you have about 500mbs for Spotify to run on? If it does not, its best to make sure you have the needed amount.

Same here.... Galaxy S8, all recent updates. I've even tried permanently closing the account and opening a new one.

Having the same problem.  Reinstalled but no better.  Plenty of storage available.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If the issue persists try using Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account.
