My Question or Issue

Why do spotify keep pushing updates that almost always are for the worst. The positioning of functions in the player in example. The "add to playlist" button is now up in the top right, making it hard to reach. Just to get to these forums to post feedback or suggestions was a struggle. You have much to learn from other established companies when it comes to customer support.
