Thinking of cancelling. Bass disappears after a call.

Thinking of cancelling. I bought a Huawei P10 Lite recently and updated the phone and the Spotify app. If I get or make a call, the bass completely disappears. It will only come back if I send a WhatsApp, text or email. It will also come back on if I open certain apps. It then disappears when I get another call or make one. I work on the road and do enjoy Spotify but am thinking that I might have to just cancel it as this is not what I want from my premium service. I have been paying about 18 months now.

Is there a fix however? My subscription has a week left.

Oh well. Bye bye Spotify. Play Music Instead.
