Autoplaying when Bluetooth connects needs to be an OPTION. Otherwise, you are wasting my cell data. Streaming should not be mandatory everytime I get in the car.

This has been brought up many times by many people. The most recent post was stuck at 98 upvotes (because you disabled the ability to upvote it), and then closed because it didn't get 100 upvotes. How shady is that?!?!

my phone doesn't autoplay when I connect to bluetooth. I can play my downloaded playlists in offline mode any time I want. but I also have a premium account. Do you have a free account?

I have a premium account. If the last thing I was doing with my phone is streaming over wi-fi (something I do often), then the next time I get in my car it autoplays (no longer on wi-fi, of course). I am forced to constantly switch between Online and Offline mode to prevent this. This could easily be solved by adding a checkbox for Autoplaying in the settings.

I've been a premium member for a while, and this is an issue for me. In fact it's one of those classic "been around for a while and Spotify would rather lose customers than fix it" issues. unfortunately 😞
