Thumbs up not working on radio - Stuck after first thumbs up

When listening to radio and using my Andriod to control my Spotify compatible amplifier I can thumbs up a song but after that the thumbs up appears locked for all subsequent song and I can't thumbs up or thumbs down any more.

Similar problem. I listen to a song on song radio. If I thumbs up or down it gets stuck on this value for all subsequent songs. Can't thumbs or down after first song. If I exit and play another album it seems to reset.

Android 7.1.1 Sec patch 5 dec 2016. Nexus 6p.

I also have this problem running on an Android Hudl. Very annoying. Amazon music and Deezer work just fine! Where is the help from Spotify to solve this?

I am having the same issue.  Just signed up for Spotify Premium and on a fresh install of the Spotify app on a Note 5.  How do we get someone at Spotify to respond?
