Hey @Kristybaum!

You'll want to check to make sure that you are not downloading playlists that are updated regularly. This is often what requires the device to look up data. Also, you may want to check your sound and download quality, the different levels require different amouts of data to complete.

Cheers!

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?

Hi kbrooksc
Thanks heaps for your feedback but because im new at this im not to sure how to work out if my playlists are updating and the sound and downloading quality.

Hi

Kristybaum,
Go to settings, and under "Music Quality", check the streaming, and if its higher, turn it to Normal Quality. Bellow that you will see "Download using celluar", turn it off.
In normal quality streaming, it would charge you about 2-6mb per track, depends on track duration. Sometimes if you already buffered some track, without closing spotify it would not charge you additional data if you listen to it again.
Hope that will help you : )
