Troubles with downloading music to my offline playlist

Hi!

I've searched the forum but found no answer. I'm premium, but since a few days, I:

1. Can't listen to music while offline on my computer

2. My celphone (android) stops downloading in the middle of a playlist. I get a notification that there's not enough space but I've got 7GB on my SD card (I already did the cache deleting thing).

I'm seriously concidering ending my premium account since it looks like nothing helps. Help me! I like spotify so much when it works

Usually a clean install is the first step to take and resolves most of the usual issues; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved. Are you sure it's caching to the SD card and not your phone memory?
