Two accounts listening to the same playlist and queue at the same time

Two accounts listening to the same playlist and queue at the same time

Hello!

Is it possible to sync two or more accounts to the same playlist and queue? So that you can listen to the same music at the same time, but with your own headphones. So that you don't disturb the surrounding people.

Kind regards,

Marhim

Hey!

At the moment that's not quite possible unless you can sync two bluetooth headphones to the same device.

Currently only one person can listen in an individual account so if you're in separate locations that won't work. So if you are in different locations your best bet is to have both users subscribe to one playlist and listen without shuffle so songs play sequentially for each person.

Hope this helps!

I think this is fantastic idea. I love would to be playing the same playlist as someone. Say on a bus someone is sharing new music with me...but through separate accounts.

Would be awesome!

Could be an exciting feature, especially I´m trying to find out how it could work for hours with the current on-board spotify features like running second PC as "Connect" Client in the same WiFi, the possibility to see which friend is listening which music (maybe getting the current track + playtime + coming next via API).

Or just the hardware way of a cable with 1 input and two outputs (but hey, welcome to the 21st century...), but in fact not available at the moment. 😞

So pinned up for coming up responses. Would be an awesome beta tester to get the feature checked.

So long,

stormy
