Unable to Download Spotify in my cellphone

Please, help me. I have tried to download the app in mi cellphone (Samsung Galaxy Core LTE prime), but when the download starts, it just stays at 1% or even it doesn´t start. I have a fast internet connection, a fast mobile data connection but it still doesn´t work. What can I do ? (sorry if my english is incorrect)

Hello! Have you tried closing the play store and then restarting your phone? If that doesn't work try going to settings > apps > Google Play Services and uninstall updates/clear data and restart.
