Unable to save any of the settings as the arrow to go back is at the very top left of my phones screen and I can't press it. It's set to never delete and I can't change it

That's odd. Did you notice this after a recent update to Spotify / your OS? Do you have another mobile device which you can log in to to see if everything looks good there?
If you haven't already, try performing a clean reinstall of the app - this will rule out any potential issues with corrupted cache and ensure you're running the latest version available. In case the behavior persists, please share a short screen recording which captures how things look on your end so we can investigate further.

Tried a clean install, but no luck. Please see attached. Notice where the back arrow is located in those snips. When it's up that high I'm unable to press it back, so it won't save my choice

My Question or Issue
The "Your Episode" setting cannot be changed to "Delete after Play".
After changing the setting to "Delete after Play", the setting changes back to "Never Delete" automatically each time, preventing me from changing it.

This should be submitted as a bug.
All settings and filters are not saved after navigating away from Your Episodes
The app is trash and so is the support. I'm moving over to Amazon music
