Unable to download local file song from my computer to my phone.

Yeah so as said in the title, I can't play a song, that I've put into a playlist in my comp,  on my phone. It greys out when it displays, making me unable to select it on my phone but allow me to play on my computer. I have re-downloaded Spotify on my phone already. Still to no avail. Pls help.

Yeaps, that's what I did the first time. That's why I'm confused on why it is not available on my phone when I followed the instructions correctly. Thanks though. If you do have any ideas on how to fix this problem, pls reply. Thanks

I don't know what the problem is yet. So what happens when you download a playlist with local files? You should see a notification. It would simplify troubleshooting if you created a new playlist with just a couple of local files in it and tried to download that. Then watch for a notification at te top of the playlist.
