Unable to download more than 10-12 extreme quality

Hi, All. For some reason, Spotify Premium stopped downloading songs. I've removed all the cache and data and reinstalled. I've toggled between offline and online. I've switched between my onboard storage on my S7 and my 32Gb external card, even though both of them have plenty of available space. I've also disassociated all my devices.

The only thing that works is high quality. I prefer extreme for offline listening and normal quality for streaming. UPDATE - Seems even high quality fails after 160 songs. Rebooting seems to help but that's absurd.

Anyone have any suggestions I might try? Never had this problem before and I've been a premium member for at least two years.

Looks like all my songs downloaded overnight. May have had something to do with that huge AWS S3 issue yesterday which eventually was resolved.
