Unable to download songs

I have a HTC 10. I have cellular turned on, and I have over 15 gb internal storage and over 20 gb on my sd card, but spotify still won't let me download songs. I've never had this problem before.

Hey @JamesD96 and welcome to our Community.

That's odd. Could you try the following?

• Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.

• Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.

• Reinstall the app with the steps from above.

• Save your offline tracks again.
