Unable to download via WIFI - works fine via cellular

Hello

I can't download a single phone if connected through wifi on both my samsung note3 and note4, but playback works like a charm and I can download songs though both my laptop and my girlfriends Samsung S6 so Wifi router and firewall is not an issue, Ive reinnstalled the app, cleared all cache and stuff, but no chance to download via WIFI.

Btw, downloading through Cellular (3G) works like a charm but uses up all my dataplan... 

Any idea what is the issue??

Oh and I just found out that my Ipad won't sync either.. this is crazy

And I just tested to login to my girlfriends account on my phone and download through WIFI is suddenly fine, but logging back to my account and wifi download doesnt work again.. so how can my Account block me from downloading through wifi??

Yes I am premium user. Disconnected all devices, erased data and cache, relogged in. Downloads work if I turn off wifi. Wifi is fine for streaming. Do I need to open a port on my router?
