Unable to login to brand new Android phone

Unable to login to brand new Android phone

Hello guys. I hope that you are all safe out there.

I have purchased brand new android phone, but for some reason, Spotify app is failing to log me in. It says, user/pass are incorrect. I know for 100 % that they are correct, i have checked the email on my web profile and i have saved password on password app saver. Never the less, I'm not able to proceed.

Steps to reproduce.

I have deleted the cache as suggested by support questions, and made fresh reinstall, its a no go.
I have changed password, still no luck.
I tried to login out and login in to my old phone, its working as well as on browser.

I'm not sure what I'm missing here, if anyone has some knowledge about similar experience, please share with me.

Resolved.

I have copied my username which is random dummy text in the profile info section which app recognized as correct.
