My Question or Issue

I can't open Spotify app. Black screen with Spotify logo int he middle appears for a split second, then disappear and it's over. I'v tried to clean memory data, uninstall, download again - no result. Can you help me with solving this problem?

The troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far are very good. We'd like to add a few more.

 

If you're using any battery optimization or power saving apps, we'd suggest you deactivate them for Spotify.

 

In case you're also using and SD card, you can remove it, reinstall Spotify and then try running the app without the SD. Sometimes the SD card can lead to issues with the cache.
