My Question or Issue
Attempting to open an album or playlist page results in either a black screen, or shows a loading screen endlessly. I have tried the following in order to resolve this issue with no results:

  • Reinstalling the app.
  • Deleting the app's data cache.
  • Restarting the device.
  • Attempting to send a song from my desktop to my phone with Spotify connect.

Hi there, thanks for asking in the community. There are a few steps you could try to fix this easily:

  • Go to Spotify.com, go to your account
  • Scroll down and click on Sign Out Everywhere
  • This will log you out everywhere and you will need to download your content offline again
  • After this, uninstall the Spotify App and re-install
  • Sign in and check if it is working as expected
  • Also, make sure that you are not using any VPN or DNS service

Hi Amayy thanks for your reply, I tried this but it didn't work. After posting though I noticed some other issues with my phone not relating to Spotify that I was having, and I decided to factory reset my phone, which seemed to resolve all the problems that I was having in the end.
