Unable to play seleted tracks

Unable to play seleted tracks

I cannot play individual tracks. I can only play in shuffle mode. I have uninstalled the app and rebooted, twice. This problem has arisen from nowhere! I'm using Android. Can anyone help? Not being able to talk to Specify is very poor, to say the least...

Hey!

 

If you're listening on mobile with a free account you can only use shuffle mode - should you upgrade to premium you can play any track you want on demand and sync music for offline listening. Hope this helps!
