Unable to save to SD card on mobile app

All of my music previously saved on an SD card on my phone was deleted randomly. When I went into settings again, there was no more options to download to my SD card. I have found no help, please help if you have any solutions.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

On you phone, can you head to Settings > Apps > Spotify > Permissions > and give Spotify "Storage" permission to see if that works?

If possible, do you have another SD card you could try with? Also, would you be willing to try reformatting the SD card? Keep in mind you will lose all data, so we'd recommend backing up some information.
