Undeletable Phantom Local File

Undeletable Phantom Local File

Hi, this is my first question on Spotify Community, so sorry if any of the formats are wrong.

My problem is as follows:

I imported a local file from Mac to Android (I've done this with hundreds of files with no fail) but this time I think I imported a file with an artist name that's way too long. I think when the creator of this file made it, he/she incorporated the details of the song too, and that surpasses Spotify's limit.

What happened afterwards was that I added the song to a playlist that I often transfer files with. Mac Spotify doesn't see the file, but on the Android side it had already gotten the data and had stored a placeholder waiting to download the file. The problem was that Android can't get anything from the Mac because the Mac side doesn't even recognise the file.

Now there's a greyed out song on the Android side, but not on the Mac. I have no way of deleting it and I have already tried deleting cache and downloaded data, but nothing seems to work.

There are screenshots from both platforms attached if that helps.
