My Question or Issue

 Latest update on Android has made the app very fustraing. I do love the new look but it's been let down by how unstable its become. I'm kicked out all the time then returned to the main menu. Very annoying if browsing music or creating a playlist. If Playing and I don't lock my phone myself and it just times out and the track will stop and take you back to the main menu. Sonos compatibility is unusable and won't even connect. Please fix soon.

Can you try a quick clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
