I've encountered something weird. After going out of the Spotify and going back in after 1-2 times, I get a strange visual bug. I have mostly all normal functionality except being unable to get on the search or my settings, but it screens a list of my current playlist over the home screen. Everything works behind it but the tracklist remains there unt I close the app down completely.

Have you tried to reinstall the app? You can do that by following these steps.
