Volume diminui

Hello guys,
I am facing a problem with the volume on my device. The volume decreases to a minimum if the apparatus connection changes from 4G to 3G or 4G to WiFi, finally, when there is any change in the connection. Detail the volume decreases even alone when I'm playing music saved on your device (offline). The problem happens in Moto X 2, Android marshmallow. The iPhone 6 did not. Can anyone help?

Try going into Settings, then Music and the turn off Sound Check (this is Settings for your phone, not Spotify settings).
