My Question or Issue

I am facing volume adjusting issue when I have played music from Spotify with my Bose SoundTouch 20 speaker using Bose soundtouch app, and then later playing from Spotify app. For example if it has been a few hours from last time playing music and I have adjusted volume somewhere else than Spotify app and then start playing over Spotify connect and adjust volume from the Spotify app, volume either goes to 0 if I press volume down button or to 100 if I push volume up button.

 

The volume going totally down issue has been since day 1 but now when I push volume up first time after starting playing music it goes to full volume. Issue appears if last time the volume was adjusted on the Bose app or with the volume button on the speaker itself. After adjusting the volume first time, it adjusts normally up and down as it should.

same issue and its annoying a lot. cant get it that this happening to the best sound system...

Same issue with Sound Touch 300.

this is a critical bug following the the communication hangups with the last SW update from Bose.

please support!
