Volume level not returning to set level, remains lowered after Notifications or advertisements

My Question or Issue

From a few days now, the volume level does not returning to the set level after I receive a notification. The spoken notifications came mainly from Garmin Connect,  it reads from time to time some informations regarding my ongoing activity (pace, distance etc.) Till now when I got this notifications, the volume level of the music was lowered, and after the notification finished (few seconds) it came back to the set level. Now, if the notification is it longer than say 2-3 seconds, after the notification is finished the Volume remains down, and it came back  to normal only if I stop the music and restart it. I can not find any related setting to fix this issue.

I suspect that the problem is not Spotify but Garmin Connect. I also have the same problem in applications other than Spotify (Netflix or YT). I found information on some forum that someone noticed this after the last major update of Connect.

You need to write to Garmin support, I think.

I will try that too...but It is weird...Garmin Connect to have such influence, and to be able to lower the level of volume in Spotify, and make this in such extent, that You have to Stop and restart the played music (not Spotify, just the song). Curious is that if the announcement is less than say 2 seconds, than the level of music came back to the original level, no need for intervention...

Messages from training software are rather overwhelming - I don't know of any other applications that provide information about something other than navigation programs.

I will try to check the messages from Polar as soon as I have the opportunity.
