What happens in case i loose my device?

What happens in case i loose my device?

Hi,

 

i'm wondering what happens in case i loose a device with synced files on it. As stated in the FAQ you can only sync files to 3 different devices.

 

So what is happening in case i got 1 song synced to 3 devices, then loose on of them and replace it? Is it possible to sync that file to this 4th device and/or wipe the lost one?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Yes you can do that. Normally when you try to add a new device, it will just deactivate which ever was added first, sort of in a circular loop if you imagine it.

 

If anything goes wrong, just drop a post onto this topic and the community staff can do it manually for you.
