What happens when I paid for a different plan and the plan is not showing

What happens when I paid for a different plan and the plan is not showing

I had an individual monthly plan that expired and I opted to change the plan to student's, and I paid for it and cancelled my individual plan. I paid for the student plan and it didn't reflect. Why was this the case ?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

First up, you can double-check if the Premium Student subscription isn't active yet by going to your Account Overview page > Manage your plan. Also, make sure you're logging into the correct account. 

 

Additionally, go to your receipts and check if the payment for Premium Student was processed correctly or if you're still paying for Premium Individual. That could be the reason why the subscription hasn't changed.

 

Lastly, if you do see Premium Student in your Account Overview page, but it doesn't say that on your app, try logging out and back in twice in a row to force a sync between your account and device.
