I have installed and uninstalled the app too many times but now I'm frustrated

Thanks for posting in the Community and the troubleshooting already done.

Just to make sure, could you perform a clean reinstall of the app as described here? This is a more thorough reinstall method. If this doesn't bring us any further, check if a different account functions properly on your device and if your account does it on a different device.

If this fails as well, we'd need the brand, model and operating system of your device.
