Whenever i search any song or album it shows black screen

Could you explain in more detail what exactly is going on on your end? We'd also need the brand/model and operating system of the device this issue is occurring on.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

You can also try reproducing this issue with a different account on your device or with your account on another similar device.
