If you're referring to the release or patch notes of the Spotify app, these aren't available as an in-app feature for now.

However, other users also think this would be a good idea. If this is something you would like to see in the future, you can add your +VOTE and Subscribe to this thread. Keep in mind that it's current Status doesn't mean this isn't being monitored by the right teams.
