Lyrics are still in their test phase, so you might have access to the feature for a period of time or see it on the account of another user.

What you can try is logging out and back in twice in order to sync your account with the server. This reactivates the Lyrics feature for some users.

If that doesn't work, you can consider creating a new free account and checking whether the Lyrics are available on that one. If that's the case you can follow the instructions in this Guide to move your Music library over.
