My Question or Issue

I am suddenly unable to add a song to a playlist, as it tells me "Go online to see menu".  I did not change any settings from my previous use.

In my settings, Offline Mode is turned off.

After trying everything I could think of, I turned Offline Mode on,  now I get the expected menu and can add a song to a playlist.

Is this setting a double-negative in the configuration?

Why is this app getting so damned annoying to use?

Thanks for posting about this here in the Community!

 

Just to clarify, is this happening when you're connected on a certain internet connection? 

 

If this is occuring when connected to a certain internet connection, we'd recommend giving it a try using a different one (for example, if you're on 3G/4G, try a WiFi network instead).

 

If it works with another connection, it would be a good idea contacting the service provider of the original network for more information.

 

However, if this is happening over different connections, we'd suggest performing a thorough reinstallation of the app following the steps in this Spotify Answer.
