Why can't I change my playlist image and name?

Hi Spotify, Lately I've been trying to change my playlist name and image but when I try to change it, it doesn't change anything at all. I heard that I must create a new playlist but that is hard because my playlist is over 48 hours long.How can I get this issue fixed?

Thanks for the post.

Can you let us know if you've received any email from Spotify recently, notifying you that the playlist Cover or Title have been taken down? This can happen if another user reports your playlist for inappropriate or copyrighted imagery or title.

If that's the case, it's best you copy your songs over to a new playlist. This can be easily done in the Desktop app, where you can batch select multiple songs.
