Why the need to download Spotify tracks as they still seem to be available offline when I have no wi fi

Hello @djonmars73

Spotify automatically store in cache the songs you listen frequently too. That is why they may be available even if you are offline. But since its a cache it is not reliable at all and the songs may be removed from it anytime. That is why to make sure your music is always available offline, you need to use the download toggle.
