Why won't my settings page show up?

Once I hit the settings button the screen goes black.

Help’s here! We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread.

Have you tried logging out and back in to your Spotify account to check if this would make any difference? Give it a try and let us know the outcome. 

Also, you can help us advise you further by providing us with info such as your device make and model and your current Spotify and OS version.
