Wifi Sync

Wifi Sync

For some very annoying and mysterious reason, I cannot seem to be able to sync any content on my mobile device without being on mobile network.  It won't do anything on WIFI, saying no internet connexion.

 

To be able to see my device in spotify windows client, I need to turn on 3G sync in mobile apps settings and disable wifi.

 

I tried wiring my USB cable to computer without any success.

 

Am I doing something wrong?

Something weird must be going on here!

 

You said you need to disable WiFi to get it to appear in "Devices" in the desktop client. That can't be possible, the Spotify windows client will only see your device if it is connected to the same WiFi network as your windows computer. 

 

First thing I would suggest you try is a clean reinstallation of the Spotify application on your mobile device to see if that fixes this issue.
