Won't stay logged in

On the Spotify app, it will log me in with my username and password, and then before I can even go to my music it will log out on it's own. On the Spotify website, on my laptop, it says I can't log in because my I don't live in the country I've selected, but I do, an my computer settings say the same country, and I can't access my music on either method. I'm not connected to any of my other social medias, and I really don't wanna loose all of my music.
