Works on some wi-fi networks, but not others

Hi there. I've had a problem with Spotify on all my Android devices for a number of months. Essentially, Spotify on android says it's offline all the time and won't play any music. In the rare event it does play music, it only plays for 11 seconds.

I use a OnePlus One and a Nexus 7 (2012), running versions of Lollipop. What is particularly strange is that the Spotify Android app works no problem on these devices on other wi-fi networks, but not my home network. What is even stranger is that the Windows, web and iOS clients work perfectly on my home network, but the Android version doesn't.

Can anyone suggest any fixes? I've tried clean installs in the past, alas, they haven't worked.
