Zte max pro not downloading music

My phone doesnt wanna download music offline, im using a zte max pro, i have it activated as cellular data to download but it still wont download offline, the notification for downloading shows ontop but it goes away in a couple of seconds, and in the app it says to download over cellular data, which is already done, Any Help?

Go to your settings, look for "download using cellular" and turn it ON

I already did all of that,

Then you should make sure you have a good network connection. If your connection it's too slow, it may not be able to download your songs.

Is is a dual sim model by any chance?
