adding music but won't show up???

So when I'm in the "discover" tab I'll click the little plus icon and it will turn to a green check but when I go to my music the song isn't there and then I'll go back to the discover tab and it will be a grey plus again like I never added it ?!?! I'm a premium member and want to get this fixed ASAP please help guys I'm begging !!!!

Hi, yes this issue seems to be starting to go around. I started noticing it yesterday. Trying to dig up some more info on what's happened. FYI, there is a 10,000 song limit, but this is affecting users who haven't reached it too.
