T-Mobile HTC m8. App almost always says I'm disconnected. I'm not in offline mode and I've got the cellular data option checked. Gave a poor review and was told to post here for help

Problem was solved by not signing in through facebook.

Please read the guide linked below for details on the most common issues and how to fix them. One of the sections ois regarding T-Mobile and APN Settings; try adjusting your IPv6 to IPv4 as detailed and see if this works.
